2. How are points calculated?
Points are earned from qualifying eligible bets. Not every bet earns points. Eligible bet types, point earning rates, and the latest rules are available on the Casino Leaderboard page after you log in.
3. I placed bets, so why didn't my points go up?
There are three common reasons: 1. Your bet has not been settled yet. Points are only credited after settlement. 2. Your bet type is not eligible to earn points. 3. Your points are still being updated. If your bet has been settled, is eligible, and your points still have not been updated, please contact support for assistance.
