1. What is Reward Plaza?

Reward Plaza is a mission-based rewards area. By completing specified betting missions, you build up progress and, once you meet a mission's requirements, you can claim rewards such as free bets, bonus credit, or free spins. Available missions are updated from time to time, so log in and visit the Reward Plaza page to see what's currently available.

2. What do I need to qualify?

Each mission has its own requirements, which usually include a minimum qualifying turnover from eligible bets. The exact requirements, how they're calculated, and which bet types count are shown in each mission's details after you log in. Please refer to the mission page for the latest terms.

3. How do I claim a mission reward?

Once you've completed a mission, go to the Reward Plaza page and select the mission to claim your reward. Some rewards are credited automatically upon completion, while others need to be claimed manually. Each mission's details will tell you which applies.

4. How do I check my mission progress?

After logging in, open Reward Plaza to view your current progress and see what's left to complete for each mission. Progress is updated once your qualifying bets have been settled.

5. I completed a mission but didn't receive my reward. What should I do?

First, check that you've met all the mission requirements, whether the reward needs to be claimed manually, and that your bets have been settled, as unsettled bets do not count. If everything looks correct and your reward still hasn't appeared, please contact support for assistance.
